Yes. You can update your profile at any time, including changes to your services, locations, fees, qualifications, contact information or professional photo. Keeping your listing current helps clients make informed decisions.

Practitioners must hold relevant training and certification for their field and, where applicable, maintain current professional registration or membership (such as AHPRA, AASW, ACA, PACFA or similar). Complementary practitioners must demonstrate safe, ethical and evidence-informed practice appropriate to their modality.

Early-career practitioners are welcome, provided they work within their scope and meet their professional obligations. You can indicate your experience level on your profile to maintain transparency for clients.

Supervision is recommended for high-quality, ethical practice. We encourage all practitioners to engage with a supervisor who suits their modality and professional needs. If you need support finding a suitable supervisor, we can assist with recommendations.

Most listings are reviewed and approved within 3–5 business days. If additional information is required, we will contact you directly.

You’ll be asked to supply details such as your qualifications, service areas, location(s), fees, professional memberships, contact details and a profile photo. This helps clients understand your approach and choose the right practitioner.
