About Richelle

Richelle is a dedicated and professional counsellor with over 20 years of experience in the human services industry. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Human Services) degree, which has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of political, behavioural, and social sciences, and equipped her with the skills necessary for professional practice in the human services field.

As a certified counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association and a learning and development specialist, Richelle has a broad range of expertise. She specialises in general counselling and has experience working with families, in adult mental health, and with children and young people.
In her practice, Richelle uses a variety of tools and techniques to encourage individuals to value the process of taking the next step towards a brighter future.

Additionally, Richelle is a certified Judgement Index Consultant, offering assessments that are integral to leadership development, staff improvement, and recruitment strategies. Trained during her tenure at Ruah, she leverages this powerful tool alongside leadership and development coaching to provide comprehensive support. The assessment delves beyond personality evaluations, focusing on individuals’ motivation and value systems, and analyzing decision-making processes based on three global indicators: people, work task, and strategy.
