Eloise Cheney is an Australian Counselling Association registered counsellor with 10 years of experience in mental health. She provides online counselling for adults and teenagers, with a particular focus on autism, neurodivergence, ADHD, trauma and major life transitions. As a neurodivergent professional herself, Eloise brings both lived experience and professional insight, using creative and person-centred approaches to help clients feel understood, supported and respected.

Eloise brings 10 years of experience in mental health, with a particular focus on autism, neurodivergence, ADHD, trauma, addictions, eating concerns and major life transitions. She works with adults and teenagers, supporting clients to build greater self-understanding, confidence and acceptance.

As a neurodivergent professional herself, Eloise brings both lived experience and professional insight to her work. She draws on creative arts-based, humanistic, interpersonal and psychoeducational approaches, tailoring counselling to each client’s individual needs, strengths and way of experiencing the world.
