Donna Hoy is an ACA Level 1 Registered Counsellor with a Diploma of Counselling and a Crisis Supporter. She provides in-clinic and online counselling, supporting adults and older adults experiencing grief and loss, crisis, anxiety, depression, health concerns, disability and significant life changes. Donna brings a warm, person-centred and compassionate approach, creating a safe and non-judgemental space where clients can feel heard, supported and comfortable exploring difficult experiences and emotions.

Donna is a dedicated and compassionate counsellor with many years of professional experience, supporting people navigating grief and loss, crisis, physical disability and significant life challenges. She has completed advanced majors in Grief and Loss Counselling, Relationship Counselling and Conflict Resolution, and Abuse Counselling.
Donna works from a warm, person-centred and non-judgemental approach, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can feel heard and understood. She draws on approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Rogerian Psychotherapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailoring counselling to each client’s individual needs and circumstances.
